Nexus Dam

An industrial map featuring a massive dam structure, providing vertical gameplay opportunities and strategic choke points.

Map Introduction

Nexus Dam (Also known as Friendship Dam) was a “friendly collaboration” between one of two rivaling global powers and a developing country. Meant to provide electricity via modern power station to a brand-new town, the place is now a peaceful climate research centre amongst old caves that used to harbour insurgents – and just one good hit at a dam could start a catastrophe. There are plenty of high spots for long-range snipers as well as hiding places for heavier armored tanks to take those marksmen down. Dominate the high ground or crush still while rumbling through riverbed valleys and ramming snipers off the cliffs!

Frequently Asked Questions

Which spawn position has an advantage?

Based on personal experience, the north spawn (spawn 2) has a slight advantage in capturing point C due to the design of the hill. South Spawn (spawn 1) has the advantage in capturing point A due to pathing and cover. North spawn has a disadvantage as the nearby tunnel can be easily blocked. This disadvantage diminishes at higher skill levels as players know how to counter it.

How should I approach this map as a Marksman?

For Marksman, it is best to use your advantage in sniping. Some common positions are those with big sightlines behind the frontline.
